Sales Manager – Veterinary Practice Software (England & Wales) | £55,000 + Uncapped Commission & Quarterly Bonus

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to represent a cutting-edge provider of Veterinary Practice Management Software across England and Wales (south of Manchester). This is a brand-new and exclusive role where you’ll be helping veterinary clinics streamline their operations and enhance patient care through innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
  • Develop and manage your territory, driving the adoption of veterinary software solutions to independent clinics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary practice owners and decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively grow your customer base
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and create tailored business solutions for each practice
  • Cross-sell and maximise revenue from a full range of services and products
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and customer support
Who We're Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience – ideally in technology, software, or services
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • A consultative sales approach with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Passion for the veterinary or animal health industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence & willingness to travel extensively across England & Wales, including overnight stays
