Exciting Opportunity: Event & Logistics Coordinator
Location: London
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + OTE (dependent on experience)

The Animal People Recruitment Company is exclusively recruiting for an Event & Logistics Coordinator on behalf of an innovative and ambitious pet food company that is making waves in the industry. About the Role This is a hands-on opportunity to join a growing Direct Sales team, where you’ll help shape a brand-new channel. From building and maintaining the Event Hub to ensuring every sales event runs smoothly, your role will be pivotal in bringing this channel to life.

As the Event & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll oversee event bookings, negotiate with organisers, and coordinate logistics to ensure everything is ready for the Brand Ambassador team to shine.

What You’ll Do...

  • Manage the Event Hub: Input and maintain event details, forecast costs, and analyse post-event performance.
  • Book and negotiate events: Secure the best opportunities and ensure optimal stand positions.
  • Coordinate logistics: Manage physical assets and ensure the sales team is prepped for success.
We would love to hear from candidates who have:
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, including formula creation and data management.
  • A passion for pets and an understanding of how they enrich our lives.

  • Experience within the pet food or pet industry.
