Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Lead the marketing team, inspiring creativity and collaboration to deliver innovative campaigns that elevate the company’s visibility in the pet insurance and health market.
- Monitor and optimise digital marketing performance, leveraging tools like SEO, PPC, paid social, and content marketing to maximise ROI.
- Manage key marketing events such as the London Vet Show and Think Tank Event, ensuring the marketing efforts align with business objectives and increase brand presence.
- Work closely with the Veterinary Relationship Managers to integrate marketing and sales strategies that drive business growth and partnerships.
- Use data-driven insights and marketing analytics (such as PowerBI) to inform decisions, optimise strategies, and demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing management, with a proven ability to deliver successful B2C and B2B marketing campaigns. Experience in the pet care, animal health, or insurance industries is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content strategy, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Ability to analyse data and generate insights that drive business decisions and improve marketing performance.
- Creative thinking with a hands-on approach to campaign development and execution.
