• Lead the development and innovation of an exciting range of high-quality pet food products.
• Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with digital teams to optimise the customer journey and product experience.
• Own the product range strategy, from initial concept to commercial launch.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial strategies to drive sales and market success.
• Work closely with pricing, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure product excellence.
• Facilitate range planning and innovation sessions, driving the future of pet nutrition.

• Experience in product innovation, category management, or NPD within consumer goods, food, or nutrition industries.
• A strong understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and data analytics to inform product strategy.
• Excellent commercial acumen, with a proven track record in delivering profitable product launches.
• Confident communication skills —able to engage senior stakeholders, technical teams, and non-technical audiences.
• A strategic thinker who can manage both long-term planning and short-term execution.
• A passion for pet nutrition and an understanding of how food formulations impact pet health.

• Experience in the pet food or animal nutrition industry.
• Background in food product development with a nutritional focus.
• Experience in e-commerce, subscription services, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
• Understanding of digital product design and customer engagement strategies.
